Troubleshooting error on windows

* You can enter the Windows XP installation CD into the CD-ROM and booting the PC to make sure booting from the CD come.
* In the “Welcome to Windows”, and press the letter R to open the “Recovery Console”. When the Recovery Console has been shown, you can run a command that is in the lower one by one, press Enter and type each command, and also change the name of the driver driver_name with the previous error.

cd windows \ system32 \ drivers
ren drivername.sys driver_name.old
copy F: \ i386 driver_name

Note: Changing the F: drive with the letter of the CD-ROM drive.
Finally, you can exit the Recovery Console, remove the Windows XP installation CD and restart your PC

If the error occurs in the user32.dll file, you can run the following instructions in the Recovery Console:

cd windows \ system32
ren user32.dll user32.old
expand F: \ i386 \ user32.dl_ c: \ windows \ system32 \ user32.dll

If you still can not fix the error with the instructions above, you can repair your installation of Windows XP. You can do this by selecting the option that is on display “Welcome to Windows”, which appear when booting a PC from Windows XP installation CD.

To prevent software or drivers that can make your computer system error, you can run several prevention. You can use the antivirus and antispyware tool with the latest update and run the scanning routine to ensure that your PC is not infected with the virus or the like. You should also keep the PC and your work environment, with open and clean your PC and the periodic check that all connectors and the card was seated properly on the motherboard.
