Compress any data that you want to use protection WinRAR or WinZip or similar programs with other protection to give first compressed data with password.
Viruses are not only the difficulty / failure to compress files with password protection, but even the latest anti-virus does not / has not been able to penetrate the file when the file scanning.
Do not forget that the difficulty level of the structure of your password (a combination of long and short character password) influence the level of difficulty of piercing the file is protected.
Therefore, the long and varied structure of the characters a password (a combination of letters, numbers and special characters / symbols) will have the level of protection stronger.
