Science Technology – You’re looking for a private vehicle with history and tremendous speed? Maybe you can come to the headquarters of NASA at the Kennedy Space Center, Florida, USA (USA).

Currently the U.S. space agency is offering the Atlantis flight. The price offered is not cheap because it can make your pocket collapsed. To get the Atlantis, you must be prepared to spend $ 30 million. Atlantis is one of three space shuttle will be retired this year’s U.S.. Other planes are Discovery and Endeavour.

“There are some unique shuttle, and Atlantis is one of them. The three planes can be enabled again,” said NASA spokesman Allard Beutel.

Long history of Atlantis in space universe will end once the plane landed at the headquarters of NASA Kennedy Space Center, Florida, at 08:48 local time yesterday (overnight Tuesday). The plane was traveling in space since 1985 which is subsequently will save in the museum.

Problems arise because NASA did not have enough money and a place to care for such aircraft. NASA also is now offering the Atlantis to the museum and anyone who wants to have a plane. Around 20 museums and institutions of different countries have already expressed interest in Atlantis.

Institutions that include the Smithsonian Institution’s National Air and Space Museum in Washington, the Intrepid Sea, Air and Space Museum in New York City, and the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex in Florida.

“We do not sell it in the near future. Remember that. We have to clean it and make him comfortable first,” added Beutel.

NASA had planned to place the Discovery of the oldest aircraft in the Smithsonian. The museum is a ‘vacation home’ for a number of spacecraft such as Mercury, Gemini, and Apollo.
