Software News – Although many people who doubt their capabilities, Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer believes that Windows will become a new force to the tablet PC touch screen.

“There’s nothing worse for Windows on the tablet. We are moving from a world of good to the better side lag,” explained Ballmer, as quoted by Reuters on Friday (06/04/2010).

Ballmer also dismissed claims by Apple CEO Steve Jobs that the PC was slowly removed and replaced with a large number of tablet device.

“I think people will use a PC in a number of bigger and bigger over the years to come. PC will look different next year and next year. They will be smaller and lighter,” he argues.

“Some will have a keyboard and some do not. Sometimes the user interface will look like your desktop, but sometimes looks like what we did in Windows Media Center,” Ballmer added.

As we all know, Steve Jobs believes that the tablet device like the iPad and others will not completely replace traditional laptops and PCs, which during many observers predicted.

However, he can not deny that a significant shift away from the PC to the tablet will happen.
