PC can be web servers with Opera 10.10

Opera 10.10beta version is available. In it is the breakthrough features never before seen in the previous browser technology called with the name Opera Unite. Opera Unite is a platform that can turn any computer into a server or client, enabling the owner to interact and deliver content to other computers on the Internet directly.

“Using Opera Unite, the user can create an instant photo gallery on his own PC, share files from personal computers without having to upload, or change the browser into an instant web server,” said Jon von Tetzchner, Opera’s Chief Executive Officer, at a press conference our quotation (October/19/2009).

Opera users can also chat directly with his friends in MyOpera, to stream their music from anywhere using any web browser.

“With Opera Unite, we are getting closer to goal of redesigning the Internet,” Tetzchner said. “We are enthusiastic about the Opera Unite and continue to develop its maximum” he said.

Opera Unite is the platform that introduces a new category for the application client-to-client. Utilizing this technology is as easy as doing the coding on a web page. This simplifies the complexity of high-level web applications.

To make the application Unite Opera, a web developer need only know the common web standards used every day, such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript. The Opera Unite applications can be accessed by all modern browsers on any device.
