Microsoft denies Windows 7 is not efficient for laptop batteries

Some time ago, Microsoft’s conduct related to the investigation of consumer reports that mentioned Windows 7 to make laptop battery problems. The result, Microsoft denied the problem.

Microsoft concluded that they belonged to the operating system has made the system correctly. Notification of the battery is true, because it is a problem on my laptop battery was not working with predetermined limits.

“Windows 7 is going right, warning that the battery was damaged due to user’s laptop battery is not functioning properly,” said President Steven Sinofsky Windows division, told the AFP, Wednesday (10/2/2010).

Previously, Microsoft had thought that there might be firmware problem on some PC models that caused an error message appears.

Sinofsky added that there was no follow-up cases and says the system is correctly identifying poorly performing batteries. Sinofsky said that only a small percentage of produce that error message, because most of the new system with new batteries also are running Windows 7.
