U.S. internet users online for 13 hours

The results of the latest polls in the U.S. say the average Internet user or netter spent approximately 13 hours per week to surf in cyberspace.

Interactive poll held institutions Harris survey found approximately 80 percent of adults in the U.S. always online wherever they are. Statistics show the number of hours vary. But on average, most Internet users are spending 13 hours each week.

In addition to the average number, is known to have 20 percent of users are online for two hours or less in one week. There is also a home online users for 24 hours or more, this group occupies approximately 14 percent share. Such information is quoted from CNet, Monday (28/12/2009).

Harris survey also found the average number of hours spent online each week activities continue to grow from year to year. Shot a seven-hour from 1999 to 2002, eight to nine hours from 2003 to 2006, and reached 11 hours in the year 2007.

The highest level reached its peak in the survey in October 2008 reached 13 to 14 hours. Age group spends the most time on the Internet each week consists of adult people aged 30 to 39 years. We have a total of adult Internet users in the U.S. is 184 million, or approximately 80 percent of the total population.

This statistic is more or less similar to the data in 2008 but it is a leap huge number when compared with the data in 1999.
