Google’s Newest Products ‘Google Apps Search’

Internet News – Now Google is expanding a project that allows searches of e-mails, presentations and documents.

Google App Search is a new feature from Gmail Labs. When you activate it, the “Search Mail” changes to “Search Mail and Docs.” So now when you search using Gmail, the search results not only show the last 20 emails, but also shows 20 documents and related sites. This is all displayed, as in Google search, as quoted from Mashable, Thursday (19/08/2010).

In addition, Apps Search also includes features search suggestion “Did You Mean?”. So if you’re performing a search, App Search will provide search suggestions, as done by Google Search.

Coupled with the button ‘Search the Web’ button adjacent to the ‘Search Mail and Docs. ”
