Google ‘Said’ Facebook Is the King of the Internet

Internet News – Google’s data in the report indicate if Facebook has become king in the virtual world due to the large number of visitors.

“Facebook has been visited by approximately 540 million people each month, or over 35 percent of the total Internet population in the world,” Google Ad Planner reports collected through Double Click, as quoted by AFP on Monday (5/31/2010).

According to these data, almost 570 billion pages were visited each month on the social networking site, or eight times more than the pages visited by Internet users at Yahoo, which had only attract approximately 490 million visitors.

Facebook success hypnotizing of internet users around the world as evidenced by at least one person who enroll in motion ‘to stop using Facebook’ on 31 May. That amount represents only approximately, 006 percent of the total Facebook users which amounts to 400 million.
