Compared Twitter Traders choose Facebook

According to a report published by eMarketer, 86 percent of online merchants have a Facebook account. As for who has an account on Twitter is only 65 percent.Even so, 19 percent of the users who do not have plans to use Twitter in the next year and 10 percent plan to create a Facebook Page in the same period.

This report is very interesting, however, is only a sample of some online retailers, or companies that do not lay with technology.

Even more interesting is what percentage of small-scale companies that have Facebook Page. When hundreds of thousands of small companies have created Facebook pages, there are millions of SMEs that have not already. Although Facebook does not publicize how many pages of data that have been made by small companies, such as our quotes from Allfacebook (October/12/2009), approximately 1.7 million pages added every day.

In addition to business related issues that have not understood how to connect with fans and followers, still appears also how to get a return on investment in social media as a whole.

As is known, blogs, Facebook and Twitter can give significant results. But how contributions to the company’s earnings still a question mark for some companies.

However, despite many challenges still facing, a number of businesses need to take advantage of this new communication method. With 300 million users in Facebook, Facebook Pages is expected adoption by a number of businesses will continue to grow.
