Apple Considered Outrageous about logo

Apple is considered excessive act, when making claims against the company in Australia, because it is using the Apple icon Apple-shaped fruit.

Woolworths store is to deal with companies based in California, because of the logo is considered similar stores. In fact, the shop owner said his company form very different logos, and more likely to form the letter ‘W’.

As if no heed, Apple still demanding that Woolworths logo removed from the truck, shops and products spread across Australia. Woolworths spokeswoman did not understand why Apple to act too much like that when his party was trying desperately to explain the fundamental differences of the two logos.

“We do not understand what the rules are used in a patented Apple logo apple fruit,” complained the spokesman for Woolworths, as quoted by the Sydney Morning Herald, Tuesday (6/10/2009).

“By logic, Apple should be dealing with all that fruit sellers like that way,” he said. Until now, Apple is still reluctant to comment on the lawsuit that they add it. Previously, several times Apple has do the same.
